Perched on top of a steep hillside in Mae Nam district of Samui lays an enchanting 5-bedroom luxury villa known as Villa Celadon Samui.
While the streets of Mae Nam are already quiet, Celadon has an even more tranquil and serene environment that ensures complete privacy.
Much like most luxury villas, Celadon Samui offers astonishing high-end facilities and amenities. The villa’s features include a gigantic private pool, spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 beautiful bedrooms with enormous bathrooms, a fitness room, and personalized services.
Minimal yet chic and modern in design, the villa is absolutely gorgeous. Shaped like a helix nest in the trees, the villa also boasts breathtaking panoramic ocean views.
I had the unbelievable opportunity to stay at Villa Celadon Samui recently and I must say, it is the best villa I’ve ever stayed at.

First Views and Vibes
As soon as you enter the main door of Villa Celadon Samui, there is an immediate awe revolving around how beautiful this villa looks.
As you go down the stairs and through the second door, you are transported into an out-of-this-world luxury villa.
You have to see it to believe it.
Immediately, I was in love with the design of the villa. I am quite fond of the white and blue color themes that remind me of Santorini or Mykonos.
But it is not all modern. I like that they added accents of wood and Thai architectural design as well. The mix of styles did not overly contrast, but seamlessly blended well together.
Now, let’s take a look further inside and explore Celadon Samui.
Wait, did I mention that there are 3 floors in this villa? Let’s go floor by floor.
Level 1
The first floor is where all the magic is. It’s what you first see and experience after entering the villa doors. Level 1 has an indoor living room, an outdoor living space, a kitchen, and a large swimming pool.
Sensational Swimming Pool and Views
The first thing you can’t help but notice at Celadon is the stunningly beautiful L-shaped infinity pool that overlooks the ocean and Bang Por Beach.
From here, you can also see islands such as Koh Phangan, Koh Tao, and Ang Thong National Marine Park in the distance.
At this point, I immediately had to take the drone out for a spin and get a bird’s eye view of the place.
While it may seem that the swimming pool is the only main highlight of the villa, it is actually just a giant cherry on top of a delicious cake.
Living Space and Dining Area
The outdoor living area is made up of two sections – the dining area and the chillout zone.
The villa also has a state-of-the-art entertainment system in the living room, which has a large smart TV with satellite channels and streaming apps such as Netflix and YouTube.
Sit back and enjoy watching your favorite movies or TV shows on the incredibly comfortable sofa with plush cushions.
The kitchen is also huge with a fridge where you can stock all your grocery and cooked food. If you want to cook yourself, you can. But they do have a chef who will create just about anything for you.
There is much more to Celadon than meets the eye. Let’s go downstairs.
Level -1
Going down the stairs, you come to level -1, paradise continues where you are met with a beautiful veranda, a garden, stunning views, and bedrooms.
In front, there are two hanging chairs made from woven rattan or similar material. I’m not too sure. But it’s nice, nevertheless.
On this floor, there are three bedrooms, one of them which has 2 bunk beds for children.
The rooms have amazingly comfortable beds. Each room also has its own private bathroom.
Now there is another thing here on this floor that is going to make you lose your mind. Just like it did for me.
Villa Celadon has its very own, fully-equipped fitness room!
That is just fantastic.
Level -2
Now we go further down the stairs and we are taken to a small hallway that connects two more bedrooms.
Yes, that is a total of bedrooms!
Fantastic Hospitality
I always say that you could have the best product but if your customer service is not good, there is no point.
Luckily, Celadon got the memo and they have their hospitality down to the T.
Surprisingly, the entire villa is managed by 3 people who live on-site to make sure everything runs smoothly during your stay.
Khun Renu is the villa manager who runs day-to-day tasks and makes sure your requests are fulfilled. Khun Bee is their talented chef who makes delicious Western and Thai dishes. Finally, Khun Onn is the housekeeper.
Together, they are there to provide fully personalized services to cater to your every need. They are all super kind and friendly.
Amenities
Villa Celadon Samui is equipped with every possible amenity you can think of. From all the utensils and glassware you need to the finest toiletries are provided for your convenience and comfort.
They also have three fridges to store your food and drinks.
The villa even has a wine cellar where you can purchase wine.
Forget to bring your Bluetooth speakers? Don’t worry. Celadon has a fantastic speaker that you can link up with your phone.
Anything else you need, just ask Renu, and she will get it for you.
3 Ways to Enjoy Celadon
Villa Celadon Samui allows a maximum of 10 people, which makes it an ideal venue for:
- Birthday or bachelor parties
- Vacation stay for family or extended family
- Intimate wedding venue or a place to stay during a wedding
Final Thoughts
As you can see, I’m a big fan of Celadon. It is absolutely the best villa I’ve been to. I can’t wait to go back and take a bunch of friends to celebrate a birthday.
The hospitality, amenities, and sheer beauty of this villa are just some of the reasons to spend a night there.
